Marvel Exhibition – Castle Fine Art

My first ‘One Girl and her adventure’ adventure started yesterday when I visited the Castle Fine Art Gallery in St Christopher’s place, London. I chose this as I had seen someone post a picture on Instagram and thought that the artwork looked fantastic so I decided to pay it a visit myself. The small gallery hidden away in St Christopher’s Place, near Bond Street station, amazed and me as well as checking out the Marvel exhibition showcasing original pieces by Stan Lee of the Hulk, Iron Man and the Avengers there was art by Ronnie Wood and Bob Dylan which took me back to the proper rock n roll era which I wished I had been part of. As well as artwork showcasing places like London, Paris and New York – sigh….to be in New York right now!

The Marvel exhibition was awesome and really good me back to my childhood with the gentleman in the gallery commenting ‘reminiscent art is the best kind of art’ when I mentioned that it took me back to my childhood. The following are some of the pieces you can see at the gallery (Iron Man is my personal favourite!)

Later I was joined by a friend and we went to a Moroccan restaurant around the corner called Ayoush where we had Tagine, Cous Cous, Aubergine and Vine Leaves. We made it in time for happy hour so got half price cocktails!

All in all a great first adventure.
