Since I moved to London I feel I haven’t explored enough. Life isn’t what I expected. People are busy with their own lives so making new friends has been a little difficult. So I am taking matters into my own hands and changing everything! I have decided that at least every fortnight (every week may be a little unrealistic) I am going to try something new. It starts today and I am going to go and check out the Castle Art Gallery where I am told there is a Marvel exhibition and from looking at their website Ronnie Wood is one of the artists featured – Ronnie is proper rock ‘n’ roll so with leather jacket in tow I shall be making my way to Bond street to check it out. Watch this space to hear about one girl and her adventures…
If you have any suggestions of places I should explore (where I probably haven’t been, please do let me know) Or if you’d like to accompany me then also please do let me know.

My top places:
– On a Sunday visit Brick Lane (and have a bagel!) and Columbia Flower Market (get there around 3pm that’s when they start reducing the flowers!)
– Greenwich – brilliant market, beautiful park where you can walk up through to Blackheath. The Royal Observatory and Painted Hall are a must see!
Go and see The Book Of Mormon if you can – genius! Also, Prince Albert Cinema in Piccadilly Circus has great classic trilogies on like Toy Story, and singalongs like Sound Of Music. Greenwich is definitely worth a visit, and there’s so many cool museums and exhibitions.
I felt the same way when I moved down to London – everyone lived ages away and had their own social lives and relationships. Two years later, I’ve been converted like the rest of them, and its near impossible to commit to anything with the amount of birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and babies that happen on weekends. Then, adding food, drinks, transport and entry fees for doing anything in London, it better be worth it!
Trust me Muljerry. If you decide to stay in London, one day, you’ll be just like us….
