The best thing about Hollie-Anne?
I want to say my passion, as cheesy as that sounds! Whether it’s my passion for digital media, journalism and magazines or my passion for Mr Beckham himself, I go all out to impress and make sure I succeed. Although I don’t thinkVictoriawould let me anywhere near her man!
Tea or Coffee?
Coffee, every time. I love the typical English thing of tea and scones but coffee just tastes so much nicer.
If anyone could play you in a movie who would it be and why?
I was going to say Michelle Williams because she has the best pixie cut in the world but it would have to be Mila Kunis. She’s bloody gorgeous!
What song do you sing in the shower?
I rap Nicki Minaj songs. Badly.
Your favourite book?
Ok, so it’s not a classic in the same way that Dickens books are but Sam Baker’s Step-Mother’s Support Group is the best book I’ve ever read. The story, about a group of women who have have boyfriend’s who are- lets say- carrying extra baggage. It’s a light-hearted, funny and charming tale that I can read over and over and learn something from each and every time.
Jude Law or Robert Downey Jr?
Jude. God, I wish I was that Nanny.
If there was anyone you could have dinner with who would it be and why?
Beyonce. She’s my idol, my inspiration, my motivation. I’d love to spend some time with her and ask her about how she has accomplished so much, what inspires her, what keeps her grounded and if Baby Blue Ivy really does have a crystal bath!
What made you start blogging?
I’ve been blogging on and off since 12! Livejournal, Myspace, Blogger and WordPress. I’ve been a digital geek all my life. I was around when the internet wasn’t very old and it was incredible for a girl like me, sitting in her bedroom in Co.Durham, to be able to have access to so much information.
The best thing about your blog
Florals and Cupcakes is a really girly place on the web to check out new product launches, look through new trends and have a peek inside the life of a 20-something. I cover everything from fashion, beauty and technology and often write about my career or life at home with my gorgeous boyfriend.
In 30 words or less why should we read your blog?
I’m a digital obsessed geek with an eye for style and a love of shopping, the countryside, pretty products and being in love.
