For the next couple of months I have decided to dedicate my blog posts to one of my most favourite things; FOOD!
Whether it is at work, with friends or family a lot of my conversations seem to revolve around food – what have you got for lunch? What’s for dinner? Or perhaps you’re going out to eat at a restaurant over the weekend and you begin to look at the menu in advance because there is so much choice!
for the next few months I am going to be reviewing a few restaurants and sharing recipe’s and I want YOU to get involved. Whether it is a great comfort meal, something quick and easy or a healthy take on a classic I want you to send in your favourite recipe’s for my readers to try themselves and I will share them!

I hate cooking! But now I have two girls I have to cook because I obviously want them to be healthy and the more I read, the more paranoid I get about what I’m feeding them. Anyway, that’s another issue.
What I find most helpful is making lots of bits. I make shak and then either have it with chappati, rice or pasta or make potato cakes with them!
Alternatively if I want to cook every day, I make sure on the first day I do all the prep and I have the onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger ground ready and stored in the fridge then when I want to cook, I just have to add all of this to the saucepan with the chicken or vegetables or a bit of everything.
