I’m very excited that New York based bestselling author, Ayurveda coach, speaker, mindfulness educator, columnist (amongst many other things) has invited myself and my Eastern Eye newspaper colleague Mita Mistry to speak at a Wellness for Writers panel on Saturday July 17, 11am EST, 4pm UK time.
In this panel, we will share tips and personal wellness habits we use to keep our creativity sharp and productivity intact.
Writers don’t need to be broke, feel broken, be night owls, write from a place of pain amongst others, to feel creative and become successful. Instability and poor health, even if unintentionally, which are often romanticized. There are ways in which a writer’s mind can remain calm and healthy and during this panel, which is a must watch for any writer, struggling or not.
