I regularly have dreams which are strange, weird, wonderful, thought-provoking, happy and sad.

I have found a website which is great for breaking down the dream. If you concentrate on aspects/items which appear within the dream, look them up they will make more sense when you put them together.

www.dreammoods.com – is fab for breaking down certain items and aspects of your dreams.

For example I recently had a dream where I saw a huge swimming pool. I saw this as the main part of the dream rather than where I was, what I was doing, who else was in the dream, colours etc 

Dream Moods  gives this explanation:

“Swimming Pool
To see a swimming pool in your dream, symbolizes relaxation, calmness, luxury and ease. You need to take a break.”

Very true indeed!
