Amitabh Bachchan is probably one of the most loved, well known and most importantly best actors in the world! And I was really sad to hear that he has cirrhosis of the liver which is normally caused by excessive drinking.

Mr Bachchan who is 67 and a teetotaler wrote on his blog that 25% his liver had been destroyed due to a blood transfusion nearly 28 years ago.

Amitabh Bachchan is probably one of my most FAVOURITE actors of all time and I have recently seen PAA for whch we won a best actor filmfare award. Loved it! He was amazing in it! As was his son Abhishek Bachchan and actress Vidya Balan. Not to mention all of the supporting cast.
